Work with passion and purpose

For more than 20 years, Vimo has partnered with states to modernize the delivery of human services and reimagine how government work gets done. Through innovative SaaS solutions, AI-powered tools, and thoughtful process design, we help agencies deliver critical programs – including Medicaid, SNAP, child care, child welfare, child support, and unemployment insurance – more effectively and efficiently.

Working at Vimo means doing work with measurable impact. Each day, your contributions help connect people to vital resources, strengthen communities, and support systems that millions of individuals and families rely on.

If you’re ready to take on meaningful challenges and make an impact that truly matters, Vimo may be the place for you.

Working at Vimo

Our Focus: We specialize in supporting government agencies that deliver vital safety-net benefits and expand access to affordable health insurance through state-based marketplaces. Our commitment to health and human services has made us an industry leader in business process redesign, with experience working with more than half the states in the nation.

Our Workforce: Our team is distributed across the United States, with much of our work performed remotely. Depending on your role, client needs, and project requirements, occasional travel may be required to provide on-site support and participate in company activities.

Our Team: Public service is central to who we are. Many members of our team are former government employees who have dedicated their professional careers to public service. Together, we bring practical expertise in government operations and a shared commitment to improving public systems.

Our Future: There is always more work to be done. That’s why we’re seeking like-minded professionals with experience in government programs such as safety-net services, child and family services, and health insurance marketplaces to join our growing team.

Transform how the work of government gets done

Using our proven and unique methods, we challenge the government’s status quo. While many focus on tackling symptoms, we focus on underlying problems (which are almost always tied to broken systems) to help you increase your capacity to do all the good our citizens need us to do in this world.
